Members from Hobart and Bellerive Criminal Investigation Branches have today charged a 42-year-old Mornington woman in relation to the shooting at Police on the Brooker Highway at New Town during the early hours of the 13 May 2010.

The female was charged with Attempted Murder and is due to appear before court later this afternoon.

Investigations are continuing and police expect to lay further charges.
