About 9.55pm on Friday the 20th of December 2013, Police and Fire Service personnel attended a report of a house fire at 3 Rosetta Place, Ravenswood. The house was occupied at the time of the fire and the occupant escaped without injury.

The house was extensively damaged.

Tasmania Fire Service will examine the scene in the morning (21 Dec 13) in order to establish the cause of the fire.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.
