At approximately 1230pm on Saturday 24^th October 2015, an armed robbery occurred at the West Hobart Convenience Store and Post Office, Hill Street, West Hobart.

A quantity of cash was stolen during the robbery by the offender.

Assistance from a number of witnesses provided information sufficient to identify the person involved. That person has been charged and will appear in court on Sunday morning the 25^th of October 2015.
