Support Commands
Executive Support
Executive Support conducts research and develops policy and legislation to support departmental objectives.
It supports other Commands by coordinating policy initiatives, and provides advice and liaison to other government and non-government agencies for whole-of-state programs.
Executive Support produces key departmental publications including the Business Plan, Annual Report and Strategic Directions Framework. This Support Command manages the following functions:
- Administrative Support to Commissioner's Office
- Secretariat and Research Services
- Policing Policy Services
- Freedom of Information Services
- Crime and Traffic Policy Services
- Web and Administrative Services
