Do You Want To Join The Ranks?

The Tasmania Police Pipe Band welcomes any people wanting to learn Piping or Drumming and any experienced musicians.

We are looking for Side Drummers who have experience to join the ranks of the band. If you would like an opportunity to show us what you have, please contact the Band Administrator. The desirable people will live in the Hobart area (or be able to commute to the band room).  Please note we have a number of members in Launceston, including a piping tutor, so living in the south of the State is not essential.

Preferred Learners :

• No previous experience - 14yrs - 25 yrs.
• Previous music experience - 15 yrs - dependent upon experience.
• NOTE: It is anticipated that All Learners upon attaining the required standard must be capable of parading with the band.
