Armed Robbery – Guardian Pharmacy, North Hobart
At 12.05pm on Monday 2nd May 2016 a man entered the Guardian Pharmacy at 384 Elizabeth Street, North Hobart armed with a knife and demanded drugs from the staff.
The man has then fled the pharmacy on foot and was last seen on Newdegate Street towards Arthur Street.
No staff or customers were injured during the incident. The man escaped with a small amount of medication.
The man is described as being:
- 176cm (5ft 7 inches) tall,
- Medium build,
- Wearing a maroon hoodie, dark coloured sports shorts, white ankle socks, light coloured slip on shoes.
Anyone who observed a man fitting this description acting suspiciously in the vicinity of the North Hobart Guardian Pharmacy is asked to phone Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
