Tasmania Police will review the findings of Coroner Simon Cooper in the inquest into the death of Lucille Butterworth and prepare a file for the consideration of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

This has been a long and complex investigation and Tasmania Police hopes these findings bring some comfort to the family.
