Application for Firearms Heirloom Licence

The Firearms Act 1996 provides for a Heirlooms Permit to be provided, subject to the fact that the firearm must be rendered permanently incapable of being fired.

Applications must be presented to a Service Tasmania outlet and signed in the presence of the receiving officer. There is a requirement that the applicant produce evidence of identity totalling 100 points. Firearms Licence Fees for this application.
