Freedom of Information Requests

Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1991 a person may request access to information which is held by a Tasmanian Government Agency or Minister.

The application is to be signed by the applicant and sent direct to the Tasmanian Government Agency or Authority which has the information required.
