Party Safe Personal Information Protection Statement

  1. Personal information will be collected from you for the purpose of registering a party with Tasmania Police and will be used by police in the event police need to respond to an incident at your party.
  2. Your personal information will be used for the primary purpose for which is collected and will only be disclosed to a third party in the event of an emergency. The information may be disclosed to other public sector bodies where necessary for the efficient storage and use of the information.
  3. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 and may be accessed by the individual to whom it relates on request to the Department of Police and Public Safety. You may be charged a fee for this service.
