The Junior Constable Police College Program (JCPCP) commenced in 2008. This program provides an opportunity for Tasmanian college students to experience first hand the role of Tasmania Police.

The successful applicants will perform paid casual employment for 16 hours per fortnight during school terms in a variety of policing sections. The Junior Constable Police College Program offers significant opportunities for those who are selected to participate.

To be eligible for the program, students must be in year 12, and studying to obtain their Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE).
