Section 49AB of the Police Offences Act 1935 requires that a person must not organise or conduct a road cycle race/event without a permit, if it is to be held wholly or partly on a public street.
The application form for a road cycle race/event should be completed and forwarded to the Commander of the nearest District police headquarters. An application fee applies.
