Update on Kingston baby investigation
Investigations are continuing following the discovery of the remains of a newborn baby girl at Kingston earlier this week.
Attempted robbery, Invermay
At about 11am Wednesday 19 October 2011 an attempted robbery was committed at Clyde Street, Invermay.
Murdunna helicopter rescue
At 11:45am on Wednesday 19 October 2011 Tasmania Police Search and Rescue were notified of a seriously injured man at Murdunna.
Mother urged to seek assistance
Police investigators are continuing to follow up on information given to Crime Stoppers in relation to the deceased newborn baby. The post mortem tests are inconclusive as to the cause of death. Police are handing an information sheet to health professionals in their effort to find the mother of a deceased newborn baby found in a Kingston park.

Armed Robbery Caltex Glenorchy
Approximately 3.15am on Saturday 15th October 2011, three males entered a service station in Glenorchy, threatened the console operator and made off on foot with a quantity of cash.
