Man charged with Ingham murder

A 51-year-old East Devonport man has today been charged with the murder of Noel Joseph Ingham. Mr Ingham’s body was found in scrubland at Dulverton on 23 November after he was reported missing on 4 October, 2016. The charged man will appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court later today.
