Armed robbery Lutana

On Friday, 30 December 2011 at 3.00am a man entered the United Service Station, Lutana. The man was armed with small sharp object and demanded money from the staff member who was alone at the time of the incident.

The man demanded cash from the attendant and as such the attendendant retreated to the staff room.  The man then removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the counter area and was last seen running behind the Brooker Inn Hotel and south along Athol Street Lutana.

The offender is described as between 30-35 years of age, 180cm tall, approximately 90kg, solid athletic build. He was wearing a Blue/Grey thin hooded top, with black horizontal thin stripes, black trackpants and possibly tanned coloured shoes. He had fair skin and had an Australian accent. He disguised his face by a white cloth or hankychief.

The shop attendant was not injured and the male did not threaten the attendant.
