Hobart Detectives have charged a 35 year old South Hobart man with Arson as a result of a fire at a unit in Milles Street South Hobart early this morning.

The man was interviewed by Detectives earlier this morning and will appear in the Hobart Magistrate’s Court later today.

The unit was extensively damaged by the fire.
