Operation Crossroads Final Results
The Christmas Holiday Road Toll reporting period has now concluded nationally. Operation Crossroads was conducted between Sunday, 23 December 2012 and Thursday, 3 January 2013 (12 days in total).
With the loss of 3 lives over this holiday period, police would ask the motoring public to continue to be vigilant and drive responsibly; no one has the right to drive dangerously on our roads. Police will continue to be out in force on our roads to combat offending behaviours.
Remember the fatal five: Speed, Seatbelts, Alcohol & Illicit Drugs, Distraction, and Fatigue.
