Helicopter Medevac – Maria Island (22-Jan)
At 7.30pm on Wednesday 22/1/2015, the Westpac rescue helicopter was tasked to Maria Island for an injured female who crashed her mountain bike on the island. The female and another rider were riding on the main 4wd trail near Return Point when she fell off. She was flown back to Hobart in a stable condition.
