Detectives from Devonport Criminal Investigation Branch have charged two youths over the theft of racing bikes from East Devonport last week.

At approximately 8.30pm on Monday 8 October 2012, a male patron at the Queens Head Hotel stole a quantity of cash from behind a counter.
