Charges over $100,000 cannabis crop

A 52 year old Nubeena man has been charged with cultivating a controlled plant for sale as the result of a search in bushland at the Lime Bay Nature Reserve, Saltwater River.

Tasmania Police advise that inquiries are continuing into the disappearance of dual US/Australian citizen Rachel Funari, last seen at approximately 3:30pm on Thursday, 3 March 2011 at a shack directly adjacent to the start of the Fluted Cape Walking Track on Bruny Island.
