Fatal Collision – Southern Outlet, Kingston (6 Jan)

An 87-year-old woman from Rosetta has died as a result of a two vehicle crash on the Southern Outlet on Monday the 6th of January 2014 at 12.00pm.

Information Sought re Crash on Davey Street – 5 Jan

Police are seeking information relating to a crash which occurred at 10:25am on Sunday, 5 January 2014 on Davey Street, approaching the intersection with Antill Street.

Aggravated Burglary – Claremont (24 Dec)

Glenorchy police are appealing for assistance from members of the public into the investigation of an aggravated burglary that occurred in Leighland Road Claremont this afternoon shortly before 2pm today.

Traffic Crash – Sheffield (24 Dec)

At 2.05pm today Tuesday 24th December 2013 a fully laden log truck travelling east on Sheffield Main Road at Sheffield failed to negotiate a left hand bend and rolled over.

Dwelling Fire – Deloraine (25 Dec)

At 6.22am on Wednesday, 25 December 2013, Deloraine Police attended 36 Tower Hill Street, Deloraine relevant to a dwelling fire. Members of Tasmania Fire Service had quelled the blaze upon police attendance.

29 Year Old Male Person Receives Injuries After Being Thrown From Trailer at Sassafras

At approximately 4.15pm on Thursday the 26/12/13, a 29 year old male person from Railton received serious head injuries after being thrown from a trailer, being towed by a Mitsubishi Pajero 4wd wagon on Lovetts Flat Road, Sassafras.
