Police investigate incident at RSPCA Launceston Centre

Northern CIB is investigating an alleged burglary at the RSPCA Launceston Animal Care Centre in Mowbray overnight.

Police were called to a report of a break-in at the Remount Road premises just before midnight last night.

“A 6 month old female tan and white mastiff cross pup is currently missing.

“None of the remaining dogs were harmed during the incident. Police are following a particular line of inquiry in relation to the matter.”
