Police and Community Youth Clubs (PCYC) are the largest youth organisation in Australia. The Clubs provide a wide range of sporting and recreational activities for youth in an aim to reduce crime by providing positive relationships between young people and police.

In recent years the PCYC movement in Tasmania has broadened its role to provide outreach programs to youth from outlying areas and has seen the creation of the Mobile Activity Centre (an equipped trailer to provide numerous activities and health and welfare information to identified areas of need).

The Clubs are separate incorporated bodies and rely on public and corporate sponsorship support to remain viable and provide for the community needs.

Further details are available on the PCYC Tasmania website.
