A Southern District Constable will be proceeded against by summons in relation to an alleged dangerous driving incident in October last year.

The 39 year old police officer will be charged with one count of dangerous driving following an alleged incident at Kingston on 20 October last year.

The officer was off duty at the time of the incident. He has been assigned to non-operational duties and directed not to drive any police vehicle until the matter is finalised.
