45 year old man charged with various burglaries in Launceston

Launceston detectives have been extensively investigating a number of motor vehicle and shed burglaries across greater Launceston over recent months.

 

As a result of these investigations, a 45 year old man from Kings Meadows was arrested on the afternoon of Friday the 14th June 2019.  The male was charged with 12 counts of burglary and 11 counts of stealing.

 

The man is to appear in an out of hour’s session of the Launceston Magistrates Court at 8pm Friday 14th June 2019.

 

Police are continuing investigations and further charges are likely.
