Overnight on Friday 19 December 2014, Toyworld, situated on Main Road, Moonah was unlawfully entered. Entry was forced through an external wall thus allowing entry to the store.

A number of items were stolen during the burglary, including various remote controlled cars and helicopters and a safe containing an amount of cash.

Police would like to speak with anyone that may have noticed suspicious activity in the Moonah area on Friday night or the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police would also like to speak with anyone that has any knowledge of the burglary or the location of the stolen property.

It is also a timely reminder for people to be cautious if they are offered goods for sale without proof of purchase.
