The name of the man killed in yesterday’s fatal crash on Squeaking Point Road near the Thirlstane Golf Course has been released.

He was 65-year-old Kevin “Lee” Douglas of Port Sorell.

Our thoughts are with Mr Douglas’ family and loved ones at this difficult time.

A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
