Glenorchy CIB met with the mother of missing 10-year-old child Jaymie Fisher last night.

Acting Inspector Philippa Burk said that unfortunately, the outcome of the meeting resulted in no progress in locating Jaymie.

“Police will continue to actively investigate this matter until we locate Jaymie and he is returned to his legal guardian,” Acting Inspector Burk said.

“I repeat my earlier request that anyone with information in relation to Jaymie’s whereabouts contact police urgently. We are utilising all resources and avenues of enquiry to locate Jaymie and ensure his safety and wellbeing.”
