Public assistance is sought by police as part of the investigating into an attempted burglary at the United Service Station in Longford early on 22 December.

Around 4:05am offenders driving a white Holden or Isuzu king-cab flat tray rammed a window at the front of the business on Wellington Street but failed to gain entry and fled the scene.  Around $10,000 damage was caused to the building.
