Police investigating incident in Moonah where man sustained gunshot wound
Police are investigating an incident in Moonah last night in which a man sustained a single gunshot wound.
About 9.25pm, police received a report that a person inside a shed on Charles Street had sustained a gunshot wound to the hand.
The 31-year-old man was transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital for medical treatment.
Police believe two other people who were known to the man were at the location at the time of the incident.
Investigations are ongoing to determine how the man sustained the gunshot wound.
No one else in the property was injured during the incident.
