Police are seeking assistance from members of the public who may have witnessed a traffic incident that occurred on Wednesday the 7^th of December 2011 at approximately 1.10pm. 

The incident was at the corner of Homer and Springfield Avenues West Moonah, involving a white Ford Falcon utility, and a white Holden Caprice.
