Police are seeking information from any member of the public who may have witnessed an assault committed upon a 40 year old man in the vicinity of Waterman’s Dock, near the Observatory Nightclub, around 2am on Saturday 21 December 2013.

Police particularly appeal to witnesses who apparently rendered assistance to the man from a boat docked nearby.
