Tree and Power lines over the road at Gordon River Road, Fitzgerald

Road is now open, Stornoway and TasNetworks are still on-site cleaning up.

One lane is now open to traffic.  Please abide by signals from Traffic Controllers.

A tree is across Gordon River Road, Fitzgerald in the vicinity of 3355.  As a result, powerlines have also come down.  The road is closed until this is rectified.  TasNetworks are attending and police are on scene.  Workers and tourists wanting to use this road, there will be significant delays until this has been rectified.
